Lockers in your building

Dear Customer,

Did you know that your building has a Lock&Clean drop-off point?

Lock&Clean is a self-service drop-off service for dry cleaning, laundry and sewing jobs.

The Lock&Clean service is very easy to use: just go to the homepage on this site and register free of charge at the top right of the page.
Once you’ve registered, you can start to use the service to get anything you want cleaned.
Choose an empty locker and pop in your laundry – you can use our bio bags beside the terminal to put your items in, then just knot the bag up.

Close the locker with a 50-cent coin, following the instructions.
Once the locker is shut, all you have to do is select "déposer"(‘Drop off’) on the terminal and fill in your login and password.

The terminal will identify you and then all you have to do is tell us which locker your bag is in.

Then all you have to do is validate this information.

One of our delivery staff will then come very quickly and pick up your order and get it to our workshop, where your clothes will be sorted to choose the best cleaning method and a ticket will be prepared.
You will receive a copy of this ticket by email, and you can then pay it through your account on our site www.lockandclean.be

We use the Ogone secure payment service (Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
48hours later, you will receive an email and a text message with apin code to inform you that your clean laundry is waiting in one of our lockers in your building.

To pick up your laundry, just select "récupérer"(‘Pick up’) on the terminal and fill in the pin code (you can also give your login and password).

The terminal will give you your locker number and the pin code to open it

Don’t forget to pick up your 50-cent coin.
